Hello, I am Shwetha Umashanker. I have always been fascinated by how technology can enhance our lives. My passion for technology led me to major in computer science. I want to use my skills to develop impactful tools that will better peoples lives.

    • Designed and demonstrated over 10 user personas, user journeys, and interactive UX/UI prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for various end-to-end GCP industry solutions including Retail and Finance.

    • Conducted training sessions for customer engineers on technical demos, design tools, and software. Supported over 30+ cloud consultants on GCP/Workspace solutions.

    • Led cross-functional collaboration with sales engineers, solution consultants, and marketing teams to translate customer requirements and pain points into effective solution design and architecture.

    Cloud Consultant

    • Spearheaded Google Workspace solution briefings for over 17 clients, leading technical discussions on security, migration, and best practices, resulting in $600K+ in sales commitment.

    • Created and executed an efficient Airflow DAG pipeline for data export from Oracle to GCP, documenting the process in a detailed blog post that 10+ consultants widely cited.

    • Managed two $1M+ accounts and oversaw the execution of multiple GCP work streams by understanding customer business objectives, removing technical roadblocks, and influencing the product team for feature creation and prioritization
